The Action Tracker: date, manufacturer and even actual name unknown. There is a Made in China sticker on the bottom.

I am calling it an Action Tracker because that is the name used by others online. I also saw the name Action Sampler. What ever you call it, it is a novelty toy camera. It take four shots per frame. The exposure is by rotating a fixed aperture opening on a wheel. The effect is to give you four shots of the view as a time laps.

Low build quality, fixed focal length, fixed aperture, fixed shutter speed and mediocre image quality. Perfect if you like that kind of thing. Seems like a good use of expired file in otherwise not so exciting surroundings. The format did present a challenge for my Pakon Scanner. It had real problems deciding how to group the images.
